    The Committee on Energy moves to amend the bill on page five, section four, line fifteen, following the word “code” and a period, by adding the following language: “Any interest accrued on any moneys deposited into the Acid Mine Drainage and Abatement and Treatment Fund which previously defaulted from that account into general revenue shall be credited back to the fund on or before July 1, 2014.”
